Start with the cup size you'd chose for your regular bra.

If your band size is 28 to 34 - choose the same cup size partybra.

If your band size is 36 to 38 - choose the size above.

If your band size is 40 to 44 - choose two sizes above.

Furthermore, if you are a full cup and in between cup sizes, select the bigger size.

1. Clean your breast area with soapy water. Please ensure your skin is free from lotions, potions and powders.
2. Remove the plastic hygiene strip from the back of the bra cup and hold the cup in your hand.
